Provider Directory
Our provider directory lists aged care and disability service providers. The information in it is business information about organisations, compiled from public registers published by Australian government agencies. It is not personal information about individuals.
We do not collect, store, request or sell any information about participants, care recipients or their families through the directory. You do not need an account, and you are not asked for any details, to browse or search it.
When you click a link from a directory listing through to a provider website, we record that a click took place so we can report accurate referral numbers to that provider. We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way hash that changes daily and is used only to avoid counting the same visitor more than once in a short window. It cannot be reversed to identify you.
Links out of the directory carry tracking parameters so the provider can see the referral in their own analytics. Once you leave our site, that provider’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Providers who want their listing corrected or removed can contact us and we will action it within two business days.
