An independent directory of home care providers across New South Wales

Every provider on this list appears here free of charge. Inclusion is not something a provider can buy, and it is not something they can be removed from for declining to pay. That matters, because a directory where paying is the only way to appear is not a directory, it is an advertisement.

Where this data comes from

The listings are built from the Aged Care Service List published by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, as at 30 June 2025. We have added website details where we could confirm them, and written independent summaries of the organisations behind the services.

We describe this as point-in-time information rather than verified information, because that is what it is. Providers open, close, merge and change their service areas. Where a listing shows a date, that is the date the details were last checked against the public register, not a guarantee they are correct today.

What this directory is not

It is not a comparison service, a recommendation engine, or a referral agency. We do not rank providers by quality, we do not take a commission for sending you to anyone, and we do not pass your details to providers. Some listings are marked as featured, which means the provider pays for prominence. That label is always shown, and it never changes what we write about them or what we report on them.

Before you choose

A directory is a starting point, not a decision. Prices under Support at Home are set by providers, not capped by government, so they vary widely for the same service. Check each provider's published price list, ask what their care management charge covers, and speak to more than one before committing. You can also check the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for any compliance action against a provider.
